How do we build the over all system?
Team members who collect waste. Identifying/Educating (team members) the types of waste. Collection point at base camp.
How many days to collect waste and When (Mid October 2022)?
How many team member to carry it (5-6)? What will they carry it on? Where to decompose human waste (Clean Waste)?
Where will the other types of waste go? How do we transport then to Kathmandu or the recycling centre or a dumpsite in nearby village where it can be maintained?
What is the cost? How much can we allocate for this project?
Low cost model that’s great for us to implement, share the ideas to other teams, easy for teams member to understand even for team members like Porters and implement everywhere around the world.
How long does it take? to collect and be transported?
5 team members with (program leader included) - Ramesh Broda (Salary of project manager Rs 50,000 to 1 Lakh - $900 USD) with 4 porters: Rs 315000 ($2700)

Helicopter how much can they carry with 1 person: 300 - 400kgs? Cost: $2500 USD Long line? - If we use this 1 person will have to go and where can we dump this? In Phaplu or a landfill near by in a village?

Build a container (from stone) Separating different type of waste. Can we use a plastic barrel container for yearly use? Put a box of bags for climbers to use. (Example Denali program).
Cans container when in Camp 1 and 2. Bring down by climbers when descending.
What tools do we need to collect the waste? Pack it up in a Bora or a bag and how can we send it with a heli?
Collaborate with SPCCA or other recycling company in Nepal or with a village community in Khumbu? Where can we decompose human waste? Where can we give the waste program?

PORTERS GRANT PROGRAM
Young Porters go for a 45 days course to learn and get guide Lisence. Provide jobs as assistant guides in treks and peaks. Give a man fish he won’t stay hungry for a day teach a man to fish he never goes hungry.
