This includes gear selection, training advice, addressing expedition-specific questions, arranging insurance, handling logistics, and processing the necessary permits. Our team will be available via email or phone calls to ensure you’re fully prepared for the journey ahead.Finalizing Details and Documentation
As your expedition date approaches, we’ll assist you in finalizing all preparations. The final balance payment, typically due 60-90 days before your trip, will be collected at this stage. We’ll ensure all required documents are in order, address any remaining questions, and make sure you’re confident and ready for the adventure.On-Expedition Support
Arrive at your destination. Briefings and gear checks. During your expedition, you’ll have the full support of our experienced guides and dedicated team on the ground.
