The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics & Accommodation Coordinator to join our Namas Adventure Expansion Team. This is a hybrid position with both remote work and field responsibilities.
You will play a key role in ensuring every expedition runs smoothly—managing logistics, supporting clients, coordinating with guiding team and vendors and accommodations, and helping enhance the overall customer experience. Your work will also involve marketing support, client communication, and helping refine our existing products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Operations
Manage and track all expedition gear store inventory (incoming, outgoing, and overall stock reports).
Coordinate all client accommodation bookings with partner hotels, including confirmations, changes, and cancellations.
Arrange transportation and logistics for clients during expeditions.
Communicate with local vendors for stock replenishment and logistics requirements.
Provide detailed logistical support during active expedition seasons (field-based when required).
Client Handling
Respond to client requests related to accommodation, transport, and logistics.
Maintain professional, timely communication to ensure smooth pre-expedition and on-expedition arrangements.
Team Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with the internal team for weekly planning and updates.
Coordinate with the guiding team and local vendors to ensure smooth expedition operations
Maintain accurate documentation and reports on logistics, bookings, and store inventory.
Support basic administrative tasks related to logistics and product management.
Qualifications & Skills
Prior experience in logistics management and accommodation coordination (required).
Experience in hospitality, logistics management and client management
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong written and spoken English skills.
Education: +2 (minimum); higher education degrees are preferred.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Passionate about adventure and eager to be part of mountain-related activities.
Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Enthusiastic, dedicated, and professional attitude.
Willingness to work during festival seasons when required.
Able to manage your own schedule while maintaining clear communication.
Must be a resident of Kathmandu and have access to a bike or scooter.
Must own a laptop or PC.
Strong communication and coordination skills with team members and guides.
